Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Otterneti platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.
By accessing or using the Otterneti platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Otterneti provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers of professional services. We do not employ sellers and are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services. All transactions are between buyers and sellers, though we facilitate payments and provide dispute resolution.
Buyers pay the listed service price plus applicable taxes. Sellers pay commission fees based on their subscription plan (ranging from 1% to 5%) and a 2.5% withdrawal fee. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment is released to sellers after order completion and a 14-day holding period.
The Otterneti platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their work but grant buyers the rights specified in their service agreement. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and our community guidelines. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, spam, posting illegal content, circumventing platform fees, impersonation, and interfering with platform functionality. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Orders may be cancelled before work begins with mutual agreement. After work starts, cancellations require seller approval or dispute resolution. Refunds are issued for cancelled orders or when disputes are resolved in the buyer's favor. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, either party may request platform mediation. We will review evidence from both parties and make a binding decision. Disputes must be filed within 30 days of order delivery. Our decision regarding refunds and order resolution is final.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its users. Users may terminate their accounts at any time, provided all active orders are completed and funds are withdrawn.
Otterneti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in fees during the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
